Group Waking Dream: Finding Your Inner Guide

The direction or axis of freedom is vertical. We are all aware of this fact. Our gestures reflect it. We pray to God or heaven above. We turn our face upward when we ask for help from above. Every tradition on earth regards verticality in the same way as I’ve stated.

The method of Waking Dream allows us to actively ascend and descend along this direction to come to know the depths of our being and the transcendent possibilities awaiting us. Since my discovery of this process 37 years ago, given to me by my teacher Colette Aboulker-Muscat (of blessed memory) I have taken many people through this inner journey individually. Now I have found the way to do waking dream as a group process. Plumb the depths, ascend the heights using your night dream as the jumping off point. This starts the process of cosmic respiration that inspires this visionary journey.
